• Users: How do I create a new user?

• File sharing/security: How do I share files?

• Installation: Sometimes the Administrator must be logged in to an NT workstation to install an application.

• Printing: If a user is having difficulty printing, make sure the problem isn't widespread. If just one user is having problems, reboot their system and try again. If it's still a problem, check the Printer properties in their Control Panel. Make sure the printer they are attempting to print to isn't offline, and that it is installed properly.

  If many users are having trouble printing, check the status of the Printer service in the Services Control Panel on the server. Stop and re-start the Printer service. See if that works. If not, reboot the server and try again. See if the server can send a test file to the printer.
